VOIP infrastructure installation systems
I have been working as a freelance developer since jan/2006. When I'ts not about a web site, I usually work for service providers of VoIP and PBX solutions and give them frontends for their clients to use in the operation and maintenance of said solutions.
I have worked creating automated installation/configuration systems to set up lots of voice clients from a central location, and also created some email and SMS marketing tools, and server administration tools so unexperienced/untrained technicians can do complicated maintenance tasks with ease from a web frontend. I'ts been very diverse, but usually it's about improving the final user experience when working with complicated technology.
