SMS/Mobile platform operation
In Naranya I took a night shift in systems and network security monitoring. This was a highly technical position, requiring knowledge in network administration, Linux servers administration and basic programming.
During my shift, I was in charge of monitoring and solving problems with a network with more than 50 servers with mixed OS and configurations, and had to execute maintenance tasks according to a schedule. I also provided technical support to the overseas office in Spain, solving problems with the SMS services network we had.
During this time I was exposed to a very dynamic and changing enviroment in providing mobile content for international clients, and had the oportunity to participate in very demanding and groundbreaking marketing campaigns.
