This is a very special site. It is the first that uses an adminstrative and building method that has been completely engineered around the news publishing process that occurs in Milenio.

The site features electoral news and special multimedia content, but it's nodes do not reside in its database. We have created a system with wich a site can display and link information located in other Drupal sites as if it was their own. We did this to provide performance improvements and also to share information from site to site without uploading it again.

This approach has changed a bit in newer sites, but this is the first site that was built using that system.
